At WC IT Solutions (wc-its.com), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle refunds and service cancellations for our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request to cancel a service within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests must be made via email to helpdesk@wc-its.com.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Service Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the project or service has not yet begun or if we are unable to deliver the promised services.
- If the service has already been initiated or delivered, no refund will be applicable.
- Partial Refunds may be granted in certain cases, depending on the service stage and internal review.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original method of payment.
- Non-refundable Items include:
- Domain name purchases
- Hosting services
- Third-party licenses or tools purchased on your behalf
3. Custom Project Refunds
- Custom software or tailored IT projects involve time, planning, and resources. Once initiated, partial or full refunds may not be possible.
- We aim to maintain transparency and keep you updated during each phase of the project.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at helpdesk@wc-its.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order ID or invoice number
- Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
We will respond within 1–2 business days, and process any eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
